Cranberry Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh or canned cranberries
1 c. sugar
lemon juice to taste
1 pkg. raspberry or cranberry jello
15 large marshmallows
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. grated apple
1 c. water
Preparation

Combine cranberries, sugar, water and lemon juice in a large saucepan; cook until cranberries pop.
Stir in jello and marshmallows until dissolved.
Remove from heat.
Cool, then stir in nuts, celery and apple.
Pour into large mold and chill until firm.
