Italian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1/3 c. Italian dressing (bottled or homemade work)
    2/3 c. uncooked rice (if using brown rice, cook longer)
    1 (16 oz.) bag stir-fry veggies (cauliflower, carrots, water chestnuts, red peppers, etc., any mix you prefer)
    1 3/4 c. chicken broth or bouillon
    1/2 to 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Put chicken in a dish and pour Italian dressing over it.
    Cook at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Then place rice and veggies under and around chicken and pour over broth and seasoning (mixed).
    Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until rice is done and broth is soaked up.
    (For brown rice, reduce to 300\u00b0 and cook longer.)
