Homemade Mayonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 pt. Wesson oil
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    Worcestershire sauce to taste
    1 clove garlic
Preparation
    Lightly beat egg, then mix in oil, juice and Worcestershire sauce.
    Squeeze in garlic.
    Lightly blend together and refrigerate in closed container.
