Ham And Eggs Bravo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 c. milk
    1/4 lb. American cheese, cubed
    1/4 c. sliced green onion
    1/4 c. chopped pimiento
    1 1/2 c. cubed cooked ham
    4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    4 English muffins, split and toasted conventionally
Preparation
    Blend flour, salt and pepper into mayonnaise; gradually add milk.
    Heat, uncovered, on Roast for 3 to 4 minutes or until thickened.
    Stir occasionally.
    Add cheese and heat, uncovered, on Roast for approximately 1 1/2 minutes, or until cheese has melted. Add onion, pimiento, ham and eggs.
    Heat, uncovered, on Roast for 3 to 5 minutes or until heated to 140\u00b0.
    Serve on muffins.
