Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2/3 c. water
1 c. vegetable oil
1 lb. can pumpkin
3 1/2 c. flour
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
pinch of cloves
1 c. raisins or chopped walnuts (optional)
Preparation

Beat
eggs.
Add
oil, water and pumpkin and beat well. Sift together and add dry ingredients to mixture.
Pour into 3 greased and floured loaf pans, 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 3/4-inch or 6 miniature loaf
pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour for large pans and 30 minutes for miniature.
