Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 Tbsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. walnut halves
Preparation

Combine brown sugar, white sugar, sour cream and instant coffee in saucepan.
Cook and stir to soft ball stage (236\u00b0). Remove from heat, stir in vanilla.
Add walnuts and stir gently until all walnuts are coated.
Arrange single layer on buttered cookie sheet.
Separate nuts with fork or let mixture dry then break into pieces.
Makes 4 cups.
