Fresh Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. cornstarch
pinch of salt
red food coloring
1 pkg. strawberry gelatin
3 c. unsweetened strawberries
1 baked pie shell
whipping cream

Preparation

Combine sugar, water, cornstarch and salt; cook until clear. Remove from heat. Add red food coloring.
Add gelatin; stir well. Let cool.
Put strawberries into baked pie shell.
Pour sauce over strawberries.
Chill.
Top with whipped
cream before serving.
