Veal Scallopini With Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. veal cutlet, cut thin, trimmed boned, pounded and cut into 1-inch squares
    flour
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, thinly sliced
    1/2 to 1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
    1/2 c. skinned, seeded, diced fresh tomato
    1/2 c. Marsala wine
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cut veal into 1-inch squares; dredge with flour.
    Brown in a mixture of butter and olive oil.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Cover and bake in 325\u00b0 oven for about 45 minutes.
