Cornish Hens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 hens (1 lb. each)
    melted butter
Preparation
    Clean and split hens.
    Brush with melted butter.
    Place the 4 pieces skin side down in a shallow baking dish.
    Cover leg ends with aluminum foil.
    Cover dish with wax paper.
    Cook in microwave oven 8 minutes.
    Remove foil.
    Turn skin side up and transfer outer pieces to center.
    Cook in microwave oven another 6 to 7 minutes.
    Baste frequently.
    Total cooking time: 15 minutes. Recipe yields 2 to 4 servings.
