Fresh Fruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1 c. juice (orange, pineapple or white grape)
    2 (16 oz.) cans pears, drained
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 pt. raspberries
    3 small oranges, peeled, white pith removed, sectioned and drained
    1 pt. strawberries, sliced
    kiwi fruit (2)
Preparation
    Line an 8 x 4-inch loaf pan with plastic wrap.
    In saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over juice.
    Let stand 2 minutes, then heat to simmer.
    In blender, puree pears with lemon juice.
    Add gelatin and blend.
    Arrange raspberries in a row down each side of pan. Arrange orange slices down center, slightly overlapping.
    Pour 1/3 of gelatin over fruit.
    Now, arrange strawberries (half of them). Pour 1/3 of gelatin over.
    Repeat with strawberries and gelatin. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Invert on plate and garnish with kiwi.
