Hamburger Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 medium onion, sliced
    4 medium potatoes, sliced or diced
    1 can peas
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can milk
Preparation
    Brown beef, salt, pepper and onions, stirring to break up meat until beef is done and onions are soft.
    Pour off drippings. Alternate beef, potatoes and peas in 2-quart casserole.
    Combine soup and milk; mix well.
    Pour over top.
    Cover and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
