Hot Broccoli Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 ribs celery, chopped
    1/2 large onion, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped mushrooms
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (6 oz.) roll garlic cheese
    Fritos or Melba rounds
Preparation
    Saute celery, onion and mushrooms in butter.
    Cook broccoli according to directions and drain.
    Mix broccoli with celery, onion and mushrooms. Add soup.
    Heat in a double boiler and add cheese.
    Serve warm in a chafing dish.
    Dip with Fritos or Melba rounds.
    This can be made several days in advance and refrigerated.
