Ham And Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 slices white bread, crusts cut off and cubed
1 lb. cubed ham
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, cut in small pieces
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. corn flake crumbs
Preparation

Grease a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
Spread half the bread cubes in the dish.
Add the ham and both cheeses.
Cover with remaining bread cubes.
Mix eggs, milk, onion salt and mustard. Pour evenly over bread cubes; refrigerate overnight.
Mix the butter with the corn flake crumbs; sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
