Easy Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded process American cheese
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    In heavy saucepan, combine cheese and evaporated milk.
    Stir mixture over low heat until cheese is completely melted.
    Serve hot on baked potatoes, hot dogs or other sandwiches, etc.
    Yield: 1 cup.
