Breakfast Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread
    1 1/2 lb. cooked, drained breakfast sausage
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, diluted with 2/3 c. milk
    1 doz. eggs or egg substitute
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    Layer in 9 x 13-inch pan:
    bread, sausage, cheese and mixture of remaining ingredients.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
