Tea Cake Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter, softened
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. plain flour

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar together then add eggs.
Add milk and vanilla.
Add salt, soda and enough flour to make it stiff.
Spoon onto a greased cookie sheet by full teaspoons.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
