Peanut Butter Cake - cooking recipe

2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. margarine, softened
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 eggs
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, peanut butter and margarine.
Blend at low speed until crumbly; reserve 1 cup.
Combine baking powder, baking soda and eggs to crumb mixture.
Blend at low speed until moistened.
Beat 3 minutes at medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally.
Pour batter in prepared 13 x 9-inch cake pan.
Sprinkle with reserved crumbs and bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 to 35 minutes.
