Blueberry Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. unsifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 3/4 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Preparation

Combine butter, sugar, eggs, sour cream and vanilla in a large bowl.
Mix 2 minutes at medium speed. Add flour, baking powder and soda.
Beat 1 minute at low speed. Spread half of the batter in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Mix together nuts, sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle half of the mixture over batter. Drop remaining batter in mounds on top and spread.
Sprinkle blueberries on top and sprinkle remaining cinnamon mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until done.
Increase baking time if frozen berries are used.
