Pineapple Surprise Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. plain flour
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs
    1 c. pecan chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to bake 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    In a large mixing bowl combine sugar, flour, pineapple, soda, eggs and pecans.
    Stir by hand until mixture is smooth. Pour mixture into prepared cake pan; bake 25 to 30 minutes or until top is golden brown.
    Allow cake to cool until it is barely warm to the touch, then ice with Cream Cheese Cake Frosting.
