Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. rolled oats or more
    1/2 c. sesame seed
    1/2 to 1 c. raw sunflower seed
    1 c. wheat germ
    1/2 c. vegetable oil (more or less)
    1 c. honey (more or less)
    1 Tbsp. honey
    dried fruit
Preparation
    In large pan (roaster bottom) toast oats at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Stir occasionally to prevent scorching.
    Add sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and wheat germ.
    Mix and toast 10 to 15 minutes.
    Mix in vegetable oil, honey and vanilla.
    Toast 5 to 10 minutes more.
    Remove from oven.
    Add dried fruit.
    Cool and store.
