Bayou Eggplant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole eggplants
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. flour for dredging
    1 c. bread crumbs
    oil for deep frying
    2 lb. medium shrimp
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    6 dashes Tabasco sauce
    2 1/2 Tbsp. monosodium glutamate (m.s.g.)
    1 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    2 c. butter, melted
    1/2 c. flour
    1 lb. fresh lump crab meat
    3 shallots, finely chopped
    6 large mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. white wine
    1 small jar oysters
Preparation
    Peel eggplants.
    Cut in half lengthwise and hollow out insides, leaving a 3/4-inch thick wall.
    Combine milk with eggs to make an eggwash.
    Dust eggplant shells with flour.
    Dip in eggwash, roll in bread crumbs and deep-fry at 375\u00b0 until golden brown.
