Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 pork chops
    3 large onions sliced
    8 potatoes, peeled and cut in half
    self rising flour
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Salt, pepper, and flour pork chops.
    Fry them in a frying pan until brown on both sides.
    Pour about 1/2 c. of grease (from frying pork chops) into a roasting pan.
    Put sliced onions, potatoes, and pork chops in roasting pan.
    Salt and pepper onions and potatoes.
    Add 3/4 c. water to bottom of pot.
    Put lid on and bake at 375 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Make sure water does not cook out.
