Dilly Ham Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground, cooked ham
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped green onions
3 Tbsp. chopped, fresh dill
1/4 c. milk
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 to 2 Tbsp. margarine
1 to 2 Tbsp. oil
1 c. water
1 c. sour cream
hot, cooked egg noodles
Preparation

In a bowl, combine ham, bread crumbs, onions, 1 tablespoon of dill, egg, mustard and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
Mix well; shape into balls.
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and 1 tablespoon margarine.
Brown ham balls; add remaining butter and oil as needed.
Remove balls to a serving dish.
Cover and keep warm.
