Mexican Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    23 (1 box) jumbo shells (macaroni)
    2 lb. ground beef
    24 oz. jar salsa (mild, medium or hot; your choice)
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 large can French fried onions
    2 (8 oz.) bricks Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cook shells and drain.
    Mix salsa, tomato sauce and water in large bowl.
    Brown beef and drain.
    Add 1 cup salsa mixture, 1/2 can of the onions and 8 ounces of the grated cheese to the beef. Stuff shells with this mixture.
