Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2/3 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. almond
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Have first 4 ingredients at room temperature.
    Place in bowl and beat with mixer.
    Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Let stand 20 minutes.
    Mix with mixer the next 3 ingredients.
    Pour into pie pan and return to oven 10 minutes.
