Fruktsoppa(Fruit Soup) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. dried prunes
1/2 c. dried apricots
1/2 c. currants
2 c. hot water
1 apple, pared and diced
1 orange, cut in half
1 c. any unsweetened fruit juice
1/2 c. dried pears
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 sticks cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. sago or tapioca
Preparation

Soak the dried fruits in the hot water at least 6 hours.
Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer over low heat 1 hour.
Stir often to prevent scorching.
Serve hot or cold with cream.
