Bread Pudding(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 slices firm white bread
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. sugar
    milk
    nuts and raisins
Preparation
    Break bread apart into small pieces.
    In a bowl, beat eggs, vanilla, cinnamon and sugar.
    Add the bread to egg mixture.
    Pour in enough milk to soak up the bread and mix well.
    Add desired amount of nuts and raisins; stir.
    Pour into baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until knife inserted half way between center and edge comes out clean.
