Basil Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
6 medium carrots, thinly sliced on bias
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried basil, crushed
Preparation

In medium skillet, melt butter or margarine; add the sliced carrots.
Sprinkle with salt and basil.
Cover skillet and simmer 10 to 12 minutes or just until carrots are tender.
