Washington Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. graham crackers
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. melted butter
3 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
Preparation

Combine crumbs, sugar and butter; press onto bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Combine softened cream cheese, sugar and flour, mixing on electric mixer until well blended.
Blend in eggs, milk and vanilla; pour over crust.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature at 250\u00b0.
Continue baking 25 to 30 minutes or until set.
Loosen cake from rim of pan.
Cool; remove rim.
Chill.
Top with pie filling before serving.
