Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can pink salmon
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. minced onions
    1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    fat (for frying)
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix salmon, eggs and onions.
    Stir in flour and baking powder.
    Shape into croquettes; fry until golden brown.
