Sour Cream Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chicken breasts (about 3 to 4)
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    small carton sour cream
    Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 stick oleo
Preparation
    Boil chicken until fork tender; remove from water and drain. Mix soup and sour cream (may use fat free sour cream; it works just as well as the real stuff).
    Pull or cut chicken into bite size portions and mix with sour cream and soup mixture. Layer in casserole dish starting with crushed Ritz crackers; then put a layer of chicken mixture, repeat this until all of chicken is used and ending with crushed Ritz crackers on top.
    Melt oleo and pour over top and bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
