Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. white corn syrup
3/4 c. unpopped popcorn
Preparation

Pop popcorn and remove all unpopped kernels.
In saucepan, combine sugar, butter and corn syrup.
Boil over medium heat until temperature on candy thermometer reaches 330\u00b0, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.
Remove from heat when temperature is 330\u00b0. Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Pour over popcorn in large bowl. Stir until corn is well coated.
Spread corn onto counter and cool.
Break apart pieces when completely cool.
