Chocolate Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini (seeds removed, peel on if not too tough)
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    3 beaten eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together 2 times.
    Add other ingredients and stir until evenly mixed.
    Raisins, nuts or dates may be added. Pour in 2 well-greased loaf pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    Freezes well.
