Veggie Finger Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 medium carrots
    1 or 2 cucumbers
    1 bell pepper
    1 small onion
    1 Tbsp. mayo or salad dressing
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Blend and drain the carrots, cucumbers, bell pepper and onion. Mix all together and spread on fresh bread; cut away brown edges. Cut into little squares.
