Jamaican Avocado Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 avocados
    1 stalk escallion, chopped (spring onion)
    1 Tbsp. vinegar or lime juice
    2 oz. chopped ham (optional)
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Halve the avocados and scoop out all the flesh.
    Either put all the ingredients in a blender or press the avocados through a sieve to get it very smooth. If using ham, omit salt. Add other ingredients.
    Serve dip with crackers.
    Serves 6.
