Ingredients
    3 onions
    1 eye round (meat as lean as possible)
    bay leaves
    rosemary (very important)
    1 can beer
    1 can capers
    green peas
    scallions
    salt and pepper
    olive oil
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Cut the onion in fourths.
    Salt the meat; take the fat off. Brown the meat with a little olive oil at a high temperature.
    Add the onions, bay leaves and rosemary; cook 1 minute.
    Add the beer. Let it boil and turn the temperature to low/simmer.
    Cover the pot with a lid and let it cook for 1 1/2 hours.
    The meat will be overcooked.
