Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 c. zucchini
1/4 c. chocolate chips
Preparation

Cream margarine, oil and sugar.
Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk.
Beat well.
Stir in dry ingredients and beat well.
Stir in finely chopped zucchini.
Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
Bake for 40 to 50 minutes at 325\u00b0 or until springs back when lightly touched.
