Flour Tortillas And Sopaipillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. lard or shortening
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients; cut lard in. Add hot water in small amounts while kneading thoroughly. Dough should be stiff and not sticky.
