Lemon Oatmeal Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz. condensed milk
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    2/3 c. margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. quick oatmeal
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Mix milk, juice and rind.
    Let it sit.
    Cream margarine and brown sugar.
    Add flour, baking powder and oats.
    Pat flat 1/2 of mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour lemon mix over top.
    Add salt to remaining crust mix.
    Cover with remaining oatmeal mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Cook for 15 minutes on rack.
    Cut when cool.
    Then cover and store in refrigerator.
