Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs, beaten
1 stick melted butter
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. sour cream or cottage cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 small pkg. chopped broccoli (frozen)
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix plus 2 heaping Tbsp. corn meal mix

Preparation

Stir all ingredients together; pour into a greased skillet and bake 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
