Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. chopped chives
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Mix vegetables; cook for 20 minutes, until they are mushy. Add 1 cup of milk and sour cream.
