Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 ears corn, yellow or white (around 10 c.)
    1 c. chopped sweet green pepper (some sweet red pepper for color)
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. turmeric
    2 1/2 c. white vinegar
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Put corn in boiling water; boil 3 minutes and dip in cold water.
    Cut off cob, combine corn with all ingredients and boil 15 minutes.
    Pack into jars.
    Process in boiling water bath 15 minutes.
