Organic Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. oatmeal
    1/2 c. honey
    2 c. hot milk
    2 c. white flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. cooking oil
    3 1/4 c. wheat flour
    1/2 c. wheat germ
Preparation
    Mix yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.
    Add oatmeal, honey and milk; mix well.
    Stir in white flour.
    Let rise 45 to 60 minutes.
    Stir in eggs, salt and cooking oil.
    Work in wheat flour and wheat germ.
    Let rise double; knead 5 minutes.
    Divide into 2 loaves. Place in 2 greased loaf pans.
    Cover with clean cloth; let rise in warm place until double again.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes. Remove from pans to cool.
