Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 4 lb. chuck roast
    2 onions, chopped
    1 c. water
    1 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    dash of garlic salt
Preparation
    Put roast in pan. Place onion on top. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over top of roast. Cover and bake at 300\u00b0 for 4 to 5 hours.
