Rice-Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 small jar Cheez Whiz
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. rice
paprika
Preparation

Saute onion and celery in 2 tablespoons butter.
Cook rice and broccoli according to package directions.
Line baking dish with rice.
Mix broccoli with vegetables.
Add soups and cheese.
Pour over rice and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes before serving.
