Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

squash
1 medium onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sharp grated cheese
1 c. milk
1 egg
salt and pepper
Preparation

Boil squash; add onion.
Cook until tender.
Drain off water. Mix together with rest of ingredients.
Pour into baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with stuffing mix or toasted bread crumbs.
