Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans creamed corn
    1 can whole corn
    1/4 lb. bacon
    1 or 2 medium onions
    1/2 cube butter or margarine
    parsley to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 gal. milk, cream or half and half
    4 potatoes
Preparation
    Brown bacon; add onions until soft and add diced potatoes. Add water to cover; add seasonings.
    Cook until tender, then add corn (with juice), butter and milk or cream.
    Heat slowly; do not boil.
    Can add 4 ounce can clam with juice.
