Cranberry Jewel Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
    2 c. boiling water
    1 c. applesauce
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. celery, chopped fine
    1 (16 oz.) can jellied cranberries, chilled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O and
    stir in applesauce.
    Gradually add cream cheese, beating until smooth.
    Cool until partially set. Stir in chopped celery.
    Gently fold in cranberry sauce cubes. Pour in mold.
    Chill until firm.
