Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large round steak, diced
    1 can water
    2 cans beef consomme
    1 box Minute rice
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 onion, diced
    1 c. celery, diced
Preparation
    Salt and pepper meat; roll in flour.
    Cook meat until brown (lots of flour makes gravy).
    Put all together the onion, celery and consomme.
    Cook for 5 hours or so, slowly.
    Watch and stir. Cook rice as directed; put the steak on top to serve.
