Swedish Hash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 can water
    2 cans mixed vegetables (1 can drained)
    1 onion
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion (drain).
    Add other ingredients.
    Pour into greased casserole.
    Bake, covered, 1 1/2 hours or until rice and vegetables are done at 350\u00b0.
